CaseScribe

Privacy notice

Last updated 13 September 2026

This notice explains what CaseScribe collects and how it is handled. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we never want

Identifiable patient data. CaseScribe accepts de-identified clinical text only, and you are required to remove identifiers before submitting. We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, patient names, record numbers, dates of birth, exact clinical dates, contact details or facility names. If you send them to us in error, email hello@casescribe.org and we will delete the submission.

What we collect

Why

To provide the service you asked for, to take payment, to keep the service secure and working, and to email you about the service. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.

Who processes it

These providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you are in.

How long we keep it

Submitted text and generated reports stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Early access emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Write to hello@casescribe.org and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your credit balance. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will say so by email or on this page, and the date at the top will change.
